Rouwkaartje - Sympathy Card

Vorige week had ik spijtig genoeg weer een rouwkaartje nodig.
Unfortunately I needed another sympathy card.

Ik gebruik vaak gedroogde bloemetjes of foto's uit onze tuin om rouwkaartjes te maken.
I often use pressed flowers or garden pictures on sympathy cards.

Sprinkhaan

Vandaag zagen we deze (struik?)sprinkhaan in de tuin. Na wat opzoekwerk vermoed ik dat het de Leptophyes Puctatissima is. De lange voelsprieten waren constant in beweging.
We noticed this green creature in the garden today. I searched online, and I think it is a Leptophyes Puctatissima. The antennae were moving all the time.

Vlinders - Butterflies

Vorig jaar krioelde het van de vlinders in onze tuin. Dit jaar heb ik er nog niet veel gezien. Deze 2 kon ik de afgelopen week toch fotograferen.
Last year we had lots of butterflies in our garden, but not this year. Pictures are from the past week.

Mozes-in-het-biezen-mandje wordt deze plant ook genoemd. Bijna uitgebloeid.

Huisjesslakken/Snails

De slakkenhuisjes zijn prachtig...

Helaas richten de beestjes veel schade aan. De hortensiabladeren zijn in enkele dagen herschapen in kant :(
Unfortunately they are destroying a lot. They turned the hydrangea leaves into lace in just a few days:(

De kamperfoelie produceert hier en daar nog een nieuwe bloem.

Ik blijf het fascinerend vinden...

Vandaag ontdekt dat ik ook macro videootjes kan maken met mijn compact cameraatje. Ik moest de Ligularia bij de stengel vasthouden want er stond veel wind, zoals je kan horen en zien. Spijtig genoeg kwam er ook net een vliegtuig over... Misschien leer ik ooit nog videootjes te bewerken met een mooi muziekje op de achtergrond.
Today I discovered that I can use the macro setting on my point and shoot for videos too. It was very windy today, I had to hold the Ligularia's stem. Unfortunately you can also hear a plane... Wish I had time to learn about editing these videos, and add some nice music.
